I wanted a fair price for my house, not a give-away. But adding a
realtor’s fee on top might possibly have prevented a sale-in-time. I called

This was the first time that we ever sold our own home; we were
nervous about selling privately, but we read somewhere that when you go to all
the work of getting it ready for sale anyway, you may as well go the rest of the
way. And we knew about privatelist.com from lawn signs in our area and
private-sale ads in the paper.
Our display was set up very quickly after we sent in our information. We were very pleased with the layout and descriptions used for each area of the home - the viewer is familiar with the layout of your home before they come and see it. Before the week was over, we had a showing. Over the next week, we were pleased to accept an offer!

Guess what? We sold our house last weekend via PrivateList. The
