Clicking the SUBMIT button below constitutes my/our permission for PrivateList to create a display of my/our property on their web-site, www.privatelist.com, using the details herein and photos that I/we will provide. I/we have mailed by regular post a cheque made out to PrivateList for $, which sum constitutes full payment for presentation of my/our display on the PrivateList web-site for one year or until the property is sold privately, listed with a realtor or withdrawn from the market (whichever comes first) and for (sign/photos/other).
I/we accept full responsibility for the information herein provided, and acknowledge that visitors to the PrivateList site are advised to confirm all property details with vendors. I/we further agree that comments provided in the "captions" sections of this enrollment form may be edited as needed by PrivateList to fit properly on the web-site's display pages.
I/we commit to notify PrivateList immediately of any changes in the description of the property or the terms of its sale, PROMISE NOT TO LIST THE PROPERTY WITH ANY REALTOR WITHOUT FIRST CANCELLING THIS AGREEMENT, and agree to include, in any other advertising I/we may arrange, the line:
I/We have noted on this contract the names/phone numbers of any serious prospective buyers with whom I/we am/are actively engaged. If I/we accept a written offer from any of them within a week of my/our PrivateList display going online, my/our PrivateList enrollment fee will be refunded - in full, immediately and without question. (I/We can cancel at any other time on 2 days notice, though without refund.)
