Copy the form below to an e-mail, fill in the blanks and send it to us. Here's how:

1. HIGHLIGHT the entire form by dragging your mouse from its beginning to end;
    
2. press Ctrl + C to COPY the highlighted text to your clipboard;
    
3. click the e-mail link at the end of the form to OPEN a new e-mail window;
    
4. type "Enrollment" in the e-mail's "Subject" text-box, Tab to the "Body" section, then press Ctrl + V to PASTE the contents of your clipboard;
    
5. now FILL IN the blanks, ATTACH any photo files (click the "Attachment:" and "Attach File..." buttons and browse for the graphics you want - we can use up to ten, in .tiff, .jpg or .bmp format, at 200-300 dpi resolution) and press SEND;
    
6. NOTE: please check the sizes of your photo files. If it looks like your total email size will exceed 3-4MB, please send the photos in several batches.
    
7. PAYMENT: please review our price list, then forward your payment by Interac.

FLOOR-PLANS

IMPORTANT!   Please attach a sketched
and labelled floor-plan for each finished
level of your house. It’s easy:

- measure and draw the perimeter of each
  floor (please note outside dimensions);
- position the windows and exterior doors,
  then use them as a guide in sketching the
  interior walls, stairs and doors, working
  from the outside in;
- room sizes are optional - what’s important
  is their layout relative to each-other;
- please indicate whether bathrooms are

AGREEMENT

This email constitutes my/our permission for PrivateList
to create a display of my/our property on their web-site,
www.privatelist.com, using the details herein and
photos that I/we will provide. I/we have mailed by regular
post a cheque made out to PrivateList for $______,
which sum constitutes full payment for presentation
of my/our display on the PrivateList web-site for one year or
until the property is sold privately, listed with a realtor
or withdrawn from the market (whichever comes first)

I/we accept full responsibility for the information herein
provided, and acknowledge that visitors to the
PrivateList site are advised to confirm all property
details with vendors. I/we further agree that comments
provided in the "captions" sections of this enrollment
form may be edited as needed by PrivateList to fit
properly on the web-site's display pages.

I/we commit to notify PrivateList immediately of any
changes in the description of the property
or the terms of its sale, PROMISE NOT TO LIST THE
PROPERTY WITH ANY REALTOR WITHOUT
FIRST CANCELLING THIS AGREEMENT, and agree
to include, in any other advertising I/we may arrange,
the line:

I/We have noted on this contract the names/phone
numbers of any serious prospective buyers with whom
I/we am/are actively engaged. If I/we accept a written
offer from any of them within a week of my/our
PrivateList display going online, my/our PrivateList
enrollment fee will be refunded - in full, immediately
and without question. (I/We can cancel at any other time
on 2 days notice, though without refund.)
